# BOOKSTORE TRADE POLICY

**DISCOUNT**

_*Some titles may carry discount restrictions. Special offers including catalog and website sales, product bundles, libraries, and sets are available to consumers only and may_ **not** _be purchased by resellers._

**TERMS**  
Net 30 days. An interest charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to all overdue accounts.

**SHIPPING**  
Shipping and handling charges are added to invoice unless your purchase order requires consignee shipping. Shipments are to one address only; **NO** drop shipments will be made.

**RETURNS**  
Booksellers must return overstock within six (6) months of the original invoice date for full credit. Return authorization is not required. Return shipments must include the  
- invoice number of the original purchase  
- packing list  
- titles and quantities intended for return  
- reason for return  
- RMA chargeback paperwork

All books returned for credit must be postpaid and delivered to our distribution center:

All returns must be received in unmarked, undamaged, re-salable condition. **Any returns received damaged will be destroyed and no credit will be issued.**

Resellers do NOT have return privileges for forms, videos, CDs, DVDs, or USBs.

**CLAIMS**  
Items(s) you receive damaged or defective must be reported in advance of return and returned within thirty (30) days of invoice to ensure proper credit. To report damage/defects, contact our Claims Department for instruction and credit: finance@brookespublishing.com
