With this account-level functionality for ASQ Enterprise, programs will no longer have to manually accept each individual screening completed through Family Access. Once a screening is submitted, a system enabled with Auto Accept will check the first name, last name, and date of birth fields to determine if a match with an existing child profile exists. If a match exists, Auto Accept assigns the screening to that child profile. If a match doesn’t already exist, the system will create a new child profile and add the screening automatically.
